CharityBrief turns public Internal Revenue Service records about US charities and other tax-exempt organizations into plain pages: the organization's EIN, the section it is exempt under, whether it appears in the IRS list of organizations eligible for tax-deductible gifts, and the finances it reported on its Form 990 returns.

CharityBrief is published by Humblebee. We do not rate, rank or recommend organizations, we take no payment from the organizations we describe, and nobody pays us to change what a page says. We are not affiliated with the IRS or with any organization listed.

Found a mistake? Every page lists its sources, so you can check them yourself. We fix errors as soon as we confirm them.
